USA 48 Continental States Only Customers - Free Returns

To get an authorization number to return unwashed, unworn, with tags attached clothing, email support@prettypieces.ca to request a return within 7 days of the package being delivered. Once approved, we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label and email you with the label attached. You can then print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items. Once you are emailed the free return label, you will have 7 days to send the package. The package will be returned directly to the warehouse. Once we receive the items back (within 30 days from the date the package initially arrived and in good condition), we will process the return, and refund the balance back to your account.

Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within the 48 continental states only.

Canadian Customers
